- Cleaning of suites is provided per the attached specifications. Typically cleaning is provided five times per week; however, it can be customized to the needs of the tenant including providing a person to come in during the day and provide cleaning of highly trafficked areas including the restrooms.
- Monthly meetings with owners of cleaning companies to discuss any issues relative to the cleaning of tenant space. Daily communication with owners of the cleaning company as needed.
- Highly qualified maintenance team to support and service tenants as needed.
- Provide concierge type services as requested to tenants, i.e., hanging artwork, hanging white boards.

- Hold an annual planning meeting to discuss overall condition of property and recommended capital improvements. 5 year projection also provided.
- Contracts negotiated on an annual basis to ensure pricing as well as service is maintained at the highest level.
- Property tax analyses and reduction consulting.
