Established in 1979, NEMC currently manages a portfolio of properties of approximately 2.5 million square feet. SERVICE:
EXCELLENT SERVICE IS THE FOUNDATION OF OUR FACILITY MANAGEMENT FOCUS.

Typically cleaning of suites is provided five times per week. However, we can customize this based on the needs of the tenant, such as providing a person to clean highly trafficked areas during the day, including restrooms.

Ongoing communications with owners of cleaning companies to discuss the needs relative to the cleaning of tenant space.

Highly qualified maintenance team to support and service tenants as needed.

Provide concierge type services as requested to tenants, i.e., hanging artwork, hanging white boards.

Work orders placed and follow up in real time via the internet.

Service available 24/7, 365 days per year.

and analyses as requested. Based on our existing portfolio we have a successful track record in managing the facilities with an eye on the bottom line while protecting and maintaining the asset.

Hold an annual planning meeting to discuss overall condition of property and recommended capital improvements. 5 year projection also provided.

CONSTRUCTION + PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Building and suite alterations can also be handled by a staff with experience in Project Management.
